A representative of the fifth generation, she entered the company in 2014, strengthening family stewardship in management. Today, as an Executive Board Member, she plays an active role in driving AMetalúrgica’s development and preparing for the future.

Our commitment to inclusion is further highlighted by a silver medal awarded by the IEFP in 1992 for integrating disabled individuals into the workforce, alongside the HealthyWorkplaces Sealin 2022 and 2024 -, a distinction granted by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists to organisations demonstrating outstanding workplace health, safety, and well-being practices.
